This fund has been established by The Indiana Charolais Association for students who have been associated with the Indiana Charolais Association or Indiana Junior Charolais Association and are pursuing a post-high school education.

Dallas J. Ponder, a resident of rural Veedersburg, Indiana, was a lifelong farmer and raised Charolais beef cattle for many years. He was a member of the Indiana Charolais Association and the Indiana Beef Cattle Association. Mr. Ponder passed away in October 2019.
